By accessing or using HBA Compass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
These terms apply to all users of HBA Compass, including school administrators, teachers, parents, and students. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice via the platform or email.
HBA Compass is a school management platform designed for Indian educational institutions. It provides tools for attendance tracking, timetable generation, fee management, academic records, and parent communication.
You may use HBA Compass only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
School administrators are responsible for the accounts they create for teachers, students, and parents within their school. Each user is responsible for all activity that occurs under their account.
Your use of HBA Compass is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
HBA Compass offers a free trial period. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected.
All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice to active subscribers.
You may not use HBA Compass to transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its related systems.
Any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of HBA Compass is strictly prohibited.
We may suspend or terminate your access to HBA Compass at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Data export options will be made available for a reasonable period following termination.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HBA Compass and The HBA Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
